7. Fees and Payment

• Messages may incur fees charged by Telnyx and/or telecom carriers
• Fees are non-refundable once delivery occurs
• You are responsible for accurate payment information
• We may suspend service for non-payment

8. Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee message delivery to all recipients or carriers
• Carrier filtering and delivery failure may occur outside our control
• Rates and availability may change without notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Message delivery failures attributable to carriers
• Content transmitted through the service
• Data loss or service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
